The Institute of Human Studies on psychology, art, and historical researches, was created and registered on June 21st of 2006 at the prefecture of Chateaulin in Brittany, France.
In the association statutes, the article 2 state that the aim of the Institute is to « … search for, try to understand and convey bases from which people, especially in Brittany, shaped at different era, their cultural life, both on individual and social level. » ”
The Institute is made up of around 20 people who all have a professional activity outside the association. Those people all have an interest on Human study and its evolution. A specificity of this study is that it is both theorical and practical.
Theoretical studies in four main directions: Study of Psychology and Teaching, Study of Nature, Study of Traditions, Study of Sciences.
